Processing Time  
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time  
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the item ordered. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Multiple Shipments  
In some cases, items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

 

Returns & Refunds

Return Window  
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions  
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition  
- Items must be returned in original packaging  
- Proof of purchase is required

Include your order number and reason for return. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please include photos.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
